Duplicate Images

I currently have 19 duplicates of the same image:

How do I reduce this to the minimum possible? my uploads section takes up so much space in my ftp

The theme uses thumbs to keep the page size as low as possible. For each uploaded image are automatically created thumbs which are used when the image it’s displayed on a page.
