Please make sure you use the latest theme version and you have updated also the plugins provided with the theme(Visual Composer, Social Counter..) from the /plugins folder – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-whats-included/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ Also make sure you configure the facebook social right using this guide(api key) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
