Hello. I just set up a Google AdSense Ad using the Adaptable Automatic Size in Google AdSense.

Then, I copied and pasted the code on the Custom ad 1 section of the Theme Panel
Here: 
And clicked Save Settings.
After reloading the page, the ad code is gone and the “Your AD CODE” screen is blank again.
What’s going on?

Please try it with another ad code. Try it with a default ad that comes with the theme to see if the code is saved. If that code also gets removed, then it means your settings do not get saved so you will have to increase your system status parameters like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Hello and thank you for your reply. It works with the other adcodes. The only one that does not work is the adaptable size. Is it not supported?

Not all of the ads are supported. There are lots of options that come with google adsense that we have not tested yet. The theme was tested and works with the standard adsense ad. You can maybe try to use the “other ads” method to see if your ad will work: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads/
If the ad does not show up, you can maybe use the adrotate plugin.
