In my newspaper theme advertising banners are not showing. Although i inserted adsense banner codes from theme panel. (My advertising banner is active.)
Just thoughts based on my own errors in the past, have you cleared caches including browser cache?

Yes I see it’s not showing – in your Adsense account you haven’t disabled too many category types so there are actually no ads to serve?
Have you used the image and text ad options in Adsense? And the responsive as code (rather than trying to match a size)

In your Adsense account you can prevent types of ad showing (perhaps gambling or adult etc) but if you don’t know them you haven’t changed it so that’s good
Try the responsive Adsense code not the specific size code
would the theme respond to the right size ?

Sorry missed message – yes the responsive code is all I used – otherwise on mobiles it looks wrong – try the responsive code and don’t forget to save settings in theme panel
i try a new code and nothing is working? does it take time for images to come thru?

If the ad code is new, it can take up to a few days for adsense to provide the ads themselves. I have inspected your website and the ad code is there, just that there is no ad served from google. If it will still not show in a couple days, please contact google and let them know about it. you can test the theme ad spot with another ad (a demo ad that comes with the theme or a simple image. If this will show up, it means the adsense should work fine as well)
