How to edit footer code?

Before I installed newsmag, I knew how to find the footer/header/etc code to edit but now I seem to can not find it… where can I go in the wp admin to find the footer code? It used to be under appearance..

NewsMag – Theme Panel – Footer. From there you can change the content.

If you want to change the widgets shown on the right you have to select “style 2” and then:
Appearance – Widgets and drag widgets to “Footer 2” and “Footer 3” sidebars.

If you want to edit the footer code this is not possible from appearance > editor as not all theme’s files are include there. The files wich generate the footer part are these ones: http://screencast.com/t/l89PB4bLKy7
