What´s the "perfect background image" specs?

Hi there! 🙂

Bought your theme yesterday – and what should I say: Already etremely pleased with it! 😉

I just installed a background image but am wondering atm what specs the background image should have. I tried several test images, scaling from Full HD to way beyond 4000x3000px – it always looks kind of pixled.

So I just wanted to know if there are any ideal measures/formats/etc. which you would suggest to use here.

Hello,
there is no ideal size for the background. Usually a full HD one 1920×1080 will work properly, but there is one settings most people miss. This one: http://screencast.com/t/ODddQmJV5
Please make sure you have your background image set to full size.
