How do remove the opacity/hover effect from header menu (main)>?

hi

I want to remove the effect that is shown whenever users refreshes the site. the effect kinda slows down the site! please tell me which code I want to remove..if you are not sure which effect I am talking about, here is a screen cast:

I think the next version will take time to come out. Can you just tell me, which CSS do I need to delete?

Hi,
We removed the animation from less files, is hard to be overwritten by a CSS, we have tried but with no luck.

Please what for the next update, or if you want you can try to search the animation code in your style.css. transition(background-color 2s);
