My thumbnails are not being used where they should be.
Instead, the full image is being loaded each time causing the page to be ~2mb larger than it needs to be.
How can I make the theme use my thumbnails?
I have all thumbnail sizes activated and have used the Force Regenerate Thumbnails plugin multiple times.
I’d appreciate anyone’s help!!

Please try to disable all plugins except for visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then make sure you have all the thumbs selected and run the regenerate thumbnails again. Then , clear cache and reset cdn files again to ensure the settings apply. If you still cannot get them to display, please provide a link to your website so we can inspect it. Nothing is working here…I just tried updating the theme and cleared cache and regenerated thumbs again – didn’t work.
Is there a way I can check that the correct thumb sizes are actually being generated?

Look in your image folder. Make sure you have imagemagik or gd library on your server which is needed to make images.

That was the issue! Regenerating 3000+ images is taking a lot longer this time but I can see that it’s working!
