Error Uploading Images

I keep getting an error message whenever I try to upload an image. It keeps bringing up “HTTP error”. How can I upload large images without the error coming up?

Please try to check your system status parameters and try to increase them, according to below tutorial ->>
You have to increase these values in order to achieve the best result. If you do not have access to your system status file, please contact your hosting provider and then try to increase these parameters.
