I’m not sure how you implemented the facebook comments as our theme default comment system is below the pagination: http://screencast.com/t/ft1ZfvLsC
Please check your implementation of the fb comments and change the position of the comments from there.

Hi,
Unfortunately we have not tested the facebook plugin so we have no idea of the implementation of the comments. Unfortunately support does not cover plugin implementation.
