Hi, i am using a plugin call WP RSS Aggregator. This is a RSS feed to post plugin. I have just switch to your Newspaper theme, and discovered that this theme is giving me some trouble with one of my filters.
This is the filter that i am using in my functions.php file:
add_filter( ‘wprss_ftp_link_post_title’, ‘wprss_ftp_link_post_title_to_source’ );
function wprss_ftp_link_post_title_to_source() { return TRUE; }
Function of the filter: Post titles link to the actual source rather than the full post on my site.
The filter is actuelly working on the tag archive, the timeline page, category page, and single pages.
I can’t run my site without this issue, so i really hope that you can help me, or i have to switch back to the smartmag theme.
This is working on all themes that i ever have been using, but not on this one!!!

Unfortunately the plugin is not tested with our theme so we cannot say for sure if it will work 100% or not. If it creates problems, you can maybe use another plugin that might not create issues with our theme. i cannot unfortunately recommend any as they are not tested.

Unfortunately you will have to find a replacement for the plugin if it creates problems with our theme. This is the case for every premium theme. The code is custom and not all plugins are compatible with it. The plugin maybe works with other themes but there will be other plugins that work with our theme but they will not work with other themes. It depends on the theme and how the code is created for it. Our theme has many features and all of these are custom. WordPress cannot offer the options our theme offers and plugins are created for wordpress. Not for premium themes. Please try another rss plugin as there are many out there. unfortunately we cannot recommend any as they are not tested.
