Facebook Count not updating

i need help: my social counter stoped count.

Please make sure that you’re using the latest version of Social Counter plugin included in theme’s path, V 3.1 and also follow our documentation to configure it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/ Also you need tu update the Visual Composer plugin at the V 4.9 which is also included in the current theme’s version available on themeforest.

i have the latest versions and configured the social counter. The facebook counter remains “0” 🙁

Please make sure that the App ID and Security Key fields are completed as it’s indicated in our documentation and if the problem persist please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials and we will inspect this issue as soon as possible, also include a link to this topic.
