And additionally I don’t know why I have a gap between my slider and my header: http://de.tinypic.com/r/vgu8b4/9
I tried a lot but I couldn’t find a solution like on the first URL. I want exactly that look.

Unfortunately, for your first request, our theme does not have such an option for your desire. You can achieve this but you need more additional customizations in order to achieve as you want that involve custom work. Please notice that is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!
