I changed my theme last month and my new posts are not showing up in search results. When searched for a particular keyword, the category page or homepage is shown for the post but not the post page. Additionally in search images only the thumbnail picture from the post is being indexed.
My older posts are not affected and only the new posts being published after the theme switch are facing the issue. Kindly help me out.

So if you search for say ‘Mac Retro Matte Liquid Lipstick Personal Statement Review India’ you will only get the category links and not the direct post link.

I thought you were referring to the theme search widget. For google search, our theme does not handle it. You will need to use a seo plugin. We recommend the SEO Yoast plugin.
You will need to do a bit of reading regarding seo as you need to optimize your website.

It will take a bit of time for your posts to get indexed. This is not an instant process.

I have been using yoast for years. I found out that the reason is lazy load hence the post images are not showing up in google images. Could you tell me how to disable it.
You can disable lazy load from theme panel.
