Hello atabrb,

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option for top bar menu to be sticky, sorry! As you can see in our documentation, the theme has the sticky option only for the main menu, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/hCO4KZkAk Please notice that is not a simple task and to accomplish that require to have a solid knowledge of PHP/JS/CSS to achieve good results. If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!
