Take a look at the picture below. In a big grid, some posts appear with author name and date. The smaller ones don’t.
I want to hide the author name and date in all of them. How to proceed?

You can do that on theme panel. Theme Panel > Post Settings > Post and Custom Post Types. Turn off “Show Date” and “Show Author Name” settings.
