I just downloaded the theme and I wanted to go ahead and install a demo. It is telling me to make sure I have backed up everything does that mean I might loose the posts that I have already done?

Just in case, we recommend doing a backup before making some changes in the theme but please keep in mind that all your posts which were created were loaded in your database and these will appear on your side after downloading the demo.
