Solved. I desactivated one pluging and it works again.

Hi, thanks. I have downloaded the latest update. Am keen to know if the update will overwrite the menu structure and other changes that I have done on previous version? If yes, is there a process to avoid it, pls highlight so I can proceed with upgrading to the latest version.

Hi,
If you use a version older then 3.0 you will lose some settings, but not the menu. Menu will not be affected. You will lose some settings like category settings (module used), ads code, fonts setup.

make sure to make a backup before update ( database and files )
