How to use responsive ADS (non Adsense)

Hi,
what is the procedure tu use a responsive advertising code (non Adsense)?
The AD network is CRITEO.

Hi,

The theme ad system was designed to work with adsense code and the theme will make it responsive and the ad will fill the available space and also hide/size option will work on it. For non-adsense banners you need to add a specific size for each device as the theme will not handle it, please check documentation – https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/

If the theme doesn’t render your code you could try to use a plugin like AdRotate or Simple Ads Manager that are used by many users and use the shortcode in Theme Panel > Ads section.

Hi,
i have this website: http://www.tuttosullegalline.it

I have installed AdRotate plugin and i have created a header banner for Amazon Ads and i have paste the short-code in “Theme->ADS->Header Ad”, but it’s not responsive.

Can you help me please?

Hello delizard,

Please try your ad to a default theme and check the results. The AdRotate plugin overrides the theme settings and should work. Also, please keep in mind that it may be the option that your ad is not responsive and you will have to consult the ad provider in this case because they should be able to provide a more accurate response. This is not theme related.
