Hello folks 🙂 I’m wanting to replicate the transparent look of the travel demo homepage (working from scratch, not a demo install) but I’m not seeing an option to do so.
Any guidance on the steps needed would be appreciated – thanks in advance!

Thanks, that’s a great start! The effect is perfect, but I have one problem: the footer loses its dark background and becomes white and nearly impossible to see using that code, not the same effect as the demo.
The site is [removed by admin] (note the code you provided is not live now so as to keep the site looking good).
