Picture not uploading! (Featured Images)

Hello,
every time i try to upload a featured image.. 1000×667 and it is around 200-350kb it ALWAYS gives me the HTTP error!

Why is that happening? After trying 5-6 times, then it finally works. Is there something wrong?

Same issue. latest theme installed + WP 4.5, cache cleared.
Images upload fine with alternate plugins installed.
Viewing the Files that are generated, several sizes are created, but not all.

Please make sure that you’re suing last theme version available on themeforest, V 2.3.6 and also update Visual Composer at V 4.11.2.
