Hello,
The title says it. But to elaborate – I registered on Amazon S3, to host all the images on my website.
What happens is, if I use an image in the post content itself, it displays fine. However, If I set a featured image, it wouldn’t appear at all.

Unfortunately we have not tested any alternative implementation methods of the featured image except for the option provided by the theme. This represents a custom implementation so you will probably need to adapt the theme code to the amazon images. Unfortunately we cannot offer any customization services at the moment. Maybe you can try the auto post featured image plugin that grabs the first image of a post and sets it as featured.
