I need to update my word press and theme could I pay you guys to do it for me and document it. I just don’t want to loose too much revenue. I went down for hours last time I did it myself.

As a security measure make sure you do a full backup to your current wp-install and to the database also, just in case something goes wrong. Here you can check WordPress’s documentation for more details in this regard: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups
