i changed Theme color from default blue theme color through theme panel (Not using external CSS).
When i opened http://www.howtoisolve.com – First load blue default theme color and then my changed color (Orange Blue). More you can also see with open new post.
What can i do in this case.

You can also experience that for my post title also, I have made changes in font size, So first load in default size then adjust on my new changed text size.
Whats common problem creating this issue. please help me!
Hello howtoisolve,
I have checked your website URL and I saw the color switching in your header. Please notice that the CSS working in cascade and the first time take the code from style.css that is set ti by default and then take the color that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly in this file your desired value of color.
