Pageview Adjustment

Hi all,

I just realised my pageview counter has been running incorrectly for some time and does not represent actual page views.

Is it possible to manually update this retrospectively?

You can change the count for any post by editing the data field in the custom fields in post edit view.

I have the same issue and cannot see anything to do with ‘data view’ on the post. My count is totally incorrect, shows single numbers when I know it’s been viewed hundreds of times. Is there a fix for this? It always used to work well until a few months ago.

Hi,
Maybe the files are not enabled, go to posts and enable the custom fields -> https://i.imgur.com/NavHTFn.png after that down in post will appear the custom field options -> https://i.imgur.com/waKZBHe.png change it -> https://i.imgur.com/NAFEi9p.png
Also, if you are using the cache, make sure the ajax count is enabled – https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/
