I’m using the Newspaper theme as theme for a multi-site/lingual blog. It used to support four menus, but now I only see three options – Top Header Menu, Header menu (main), and Footer Menu.
There used to be a way to add a menu to the top left of the page (like a utility nav on the left AND right), but the functionality isn’t there any more. The menu on sites set up previously that had the menu on the right still have that menu displaying, but new sites can’t have that menu added.

Unfortunately, our theme not implemented 4 menus but only 3. Please give us an example with 4 menus on our theme (without plugins) because we do not know this. Also, if you add the fourth menu, you have to change some plugins with this functionality because our theme does not have such an option, sorry! Also, if you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!
