could you please tell me how to “automatically” change excerpt length on posts slide?

Hi,
Unfortunately visual composer has no way of selecting it’s excerpt length. What you can do is search through the VC code and find the excerpt length and change it in the plugin files or alternatively you can use our own post slider and activate excerpts for it like so:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/subtitle-on-slider/ (the solution was provided for the newsmag theme but it works for newspaper as well)
