Social Counter Problem

Hi we have a problem with social counter plugin on site http://www.iprofessionistidellasicurezza.it the counter is 0.
The social counter plugin link to a Closed Group to Facebook, this is the problem? or there is a bad configuration?

Hello silviofo,

Please notice that you are using the latest version of the Newspaper 6.7.2 and also, you are using the latest version of Social Counter. Please notice that the social counter plugins count only the likes form your Facebook page like and not from other groups or closed groups. Also, please try to check your counter using the cocacola ID and check the results.
