I’ve just noticed the load more function that I have set throughout the website isn’t working when using my website on mobile or tablet, it just comes up with the loading icon but doesn’t load anything. It does however work fine on desktop.

Until now, we do not have any bad reports in this regard with Load More button. It seems to be most likely, a conflicting plugin. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out any conflict in the theme.
