I have checked your site and the Social Counter works properly – http://screencast.com/t/gPmBLst2P I guess you have managed to fix this by updating the theme and the Social Counter plugin to the latest versions.

Hi,
Please make sure you update your theme to the latest version and also update your social counter plugin. Disable and delete the one currently active and install it again from the new theme version from the panel’s plugin section.
New big update released today so might want to check it out!
