Social Counter – Facebook access token

Hi,

I can’t seem to get Facebook to work, I input the App ID and Security but it just has red text Please Wait.

The app is used on the site and active

Hello onelegend,

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (6.7.2) and also, the latest version of Social Counter (3.2). Clear all cache and check it again. Also, please make sure that this type of issue does not come from your untested plugins. Please try the theme without any untested plugins and rule out the conflicting plugins.

A partial solution of the problem when setting up Facebook in this widget.
As far as displaying Facebook Access Token: Get Access Token, and then it says please wait.
The menu is the same thing happened when I work in the Mozilla browser. Try Google Chrome and go without problems, immediately.
I still have not solved the case with the running fans. It stands 0. Installed theme 7 and the new plugin …
Google+, Twitter …. showing OK.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Social Counter 4.0, clear all your caches and check again. If you problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Also, please provide the link of this topic so we can identify you.
