I have the social icons appearing on the top menu bar. But where can I change the destination URL’s for those icons? (and have them point to MY social pages). (UltimateMom.com)
ALso, in Internet Explorer, the icons are showing as weird chinese symbols??
Please advise, thanks, Dale
Hello,
Usually, this kind of error appears when using CDN or loading fonts from a different source. Please try to use this solution and take a look at this: http://screencast.com/t/AMjW530CSH6 and this: http://screencast.com/t/dLjEUGGwQUZ
The solution to this issue is simple. You will need to add some code to your .htaccess file like this post suggests: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/strange-chinese-symbols-replaced-icons-and-arrows/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you for the message!
Catalin,
Thank you!
Another quick question… 🙂 Where can I insert MY social networks (customize) for the social icons showing the number of followers? See grab below.

Hello djgruber,
For achieving better results, first of all, please ensure if you are using the latest version of our Theme (6.7.2) and also, the latest version of Social Counter (3.2). If you are not these versions, please try to update them and try to set your Social Counter according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ Also, please make you sure if you got the correct App ID from your facebook developers, according to this link -> https://developers.facebook.com/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello djgruber,
The Pinterest is not part of our Social Counter, sorry! In a future update, it is possible but we cannot say for sure if it will get done in the next update because it is not a simple task and also, we have a big list of fixes, improvements, and suggestions to implement. It’s hard to filter them and select which one gets implemented now and which one gets postponed. The developers will decide if it gets done or not, though.
Hope this helps!
Thanks!
