the image #1 could not be loaded

hi all,

when i press on to the modal image it says the “image #1 could not be loaded”
any advise?

GENERAL MODAL IMAGE
Enable or disable general modal image viewer over all post images, so you won’t have to go on each post to set them individually.
Consider that disabling this feature, the individual settings of an image post are applied.

after i turn on “general modal image” , still have to go to individual image to activate it..any solution?

Hello,
You do not have to add the modal image on every image itself as you can use the general modal image. The issue however is the external links. Most people use external links to their images and the modal image will not work like that. It needs the image to link to the media file, and not an external link. Also a link added in the image caption will also cause this. Please set your images to link to the media file and make sure you do not have links in the image caption
