I would like to reduce the amount of white space in the theme as shown here
I would like to increase the width of the main section to the right, thereby reducing Area 1. Area 1 has to do with the right padding but the right sidebar gets affected too and the whole width of the page becomes expanded.
I would like to decrease the box height of the Investing area to 390px in order to reduce Area 2.
Would appreciate if anyone has an idea on how to do this.

unfortuantely the vertical space from section 1 of your screenshot cannot be modified that easy as if you modify it,element will break on your site as our theme was built with a fixed width and all elements depend on this fixed width. If it is changed, elements will ‘break’ as their css will not apply properly anymore.
