I also have a new permanent mobile menu above the website after installing v.7.

I’ve fixed the mobile plugin issue – plugin conflict.
I still cannot figure out why the mobile menu is showing on a desktop and not on a smartphone.

Hi,
Please try to deactivate all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. The mobile menu should not display on desktop.
