what`s the problem, why we cannot put 300×250 or any other dimenzion of adsense ads on our page or posts in pc version and why are we disabled to put a bottom ad on our post when we do like smart list 6.

ok for smart list i undesstand that only have 1 in the post and i do before like your advise , but for pc desktop verzion now i see the solution . one more question about ads, can i place ad under related article or in any other pozition in post who is not default set up buy you becouse if in future i want place more ads in article from difrent company . If you want to have custom ad spots, you need to edit the theme files and add it by hard-coding it. Every post style has it;s own file corresponding to it here: http://screencast.com/t/BRgkaMziUw9y
For example: <?php echo do_shortcode('[td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_1"]');?>
This is a shortcode for the custom ad 1 spot from the theme panel.
