Hello, can you help me to find out why the thumbnail crop is look very weird even after i do force regenerate thumbnail? and the icon that i set on Theme-Panel for iOS Bookmark is didn’t show up when i add my site on iOS device.

For information that i was come from other theme before. Also the setting to put Google Analytics code i think it’s broken because when i put my analaytics code in that box will bring the code to public. I mean that the code will be visibile at head position of website

In order to fix thumbnails, please make sure you have thumbs active in the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/fzvX59kfx and then use this guide to fix them: https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
For the bookmarklet, please make sure you do not have a plugin conflict on your site by disabling all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.

I do all the steps that you said but still my thumbnails is broken… Can you help me? Is there any server related issue with this?
Hi,
It seems your site does not use thumbnails at all. It uses the full size images. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn. the regenerate thumbs again and see the results. A plugin could be interfering with the thumbnails.

I just disabled all plugins (except clear cache and visual composer) and the booklet image is still not showing up when I bookmark my website to my iPhone home screen. I used this feature on a previous version of Newspaper and it worked fine. Not sure what is different this time.

I have all icons set properly. I disabled all plugins, cleared cache, checked with my hosting company for possible issues. I installed and activated this recommended plugin to regenerate thumbnails. Still not working.

Please try to clear all caches as the option works and I was able to add your site to the homepscreen but the icon was not this one: http://1christianvoice.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/1CVM-Logo-152px.png
I got a grey icon with a number 1. It could be your old icon feeded from cache or a plugin conflict but since you did not clear the cache, the disabling of the plugins did not show the imediate result.
Please try to clear all caches whether it’s a plugin , a cdn server or hosting.
I tested the bookmarklet on my end but could not find any errors. It picked up the correct icon on every device.
