I am a WordPress starter with little to none HTML/CSS/JS knowledge. My website (onlinemarketingsavvy.com) is using your template, and I am now requesting support from you to execute the following two changes:
1. Remove (or ideal if disabling is supported) theme default “comments” elements and remain the Facebook Comment Plugin I am having now;
2. Globally change the font style of ALL kinds of characters in Traditional Chinese (zh_HK) to “Microsoft Jhenghei”. Category titles, headings, body, etc…..

Hello Eddie,
1) If you want to remove the theme specific comments you need to remove this part for every post style you use:

Every post style has it’s own file (there are 14 post styles so there are 14 files) so you need to remove comments for every file you use on your site.
2) Unfortuantely our theme does not have a global font, but rather fonts for every theme element. THere are 2 ways to go about this.
