Hi,

My facebook social count shows ZERO after i installed the latest version 7.0.1.
What are the possible reasons and how do i solve it?
Besides that, i have enabled the comments on posts but somehow it didn’t show.
Kindly advise on that as well.

Hi,
@StockFanatic The counter works fine on your site: http://screencast.com/t/tayX5CRtu. Please note that the counter is not a live count and it;s affected by cache. So allow it a bit of time after you set it up.
@Jose: Please follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ and allow it a bit of time or clear all caches after you set it up.
