Remove title limit

Greetings,

How can I remove the title limit in Block 1 and Block 7?
I want to show all the text without the ellipsis.

Please notice that in this case is talking about the excerpts. If you want to increase this limit, you will have to do that from the panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/S00r5pt5x for every module used on your side.
