1)Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to change the sorting type to be by featured, sorry! Please notice that if you want to achieve that, you can do that only through code that involve custom work and we cannot provide this type of services at the moment, sorry! If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you.
2)Unfortunately, we do not have any floating social button and also, we do not have some tested plugins in this regard. You will have to find some plugins with this functionality and see how it works for you.
