Social Media Widget Problem

Hi

Ok so in my Social Media Counter widget, I enter my Instagram ID, and it links to my page correctly. However, in the display of my Instagram link on my website it shows 0 followers. I have just over 80 right now, so it is not showing my followers but only linking to my profile correctly.

How do I fix this?

Hi

I’ve tried to send you an email but every time the process fails.

Try to update the social counter to the version here: http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/td-social-counter.zip Just deactivate and delete current version you have it installed then install this one, clear all caches the test again.
