When I look at my social counter on my website http://www.livelovefruit.com, it is all white, and looks nothing like what it used to look like. What happened? If you click on the website link you will see when you scroll down and look on the right hand side that it is all messed up.

I noticed that the follower total for instagram reads 0, when it should be 600+. Might be related.
I’m having problems with the social counter as well.
Facebook fan count keeps being stuck at 0, even though I did everything by the book (https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/).
Hi, I solve it after update the social counter plugin to version 4.
Just download the full theme package, then delete the plugin and install it again from the theme pack.
That’s it.

Please try to update the theme to the latest version of it, Newspaper 7.1.1 and update all the required plugins to the latest version of them ->Visual Composer -> 4.11.2 and Social Counter -> 4.0 and then clear all your caches and check the results.

My facebook followers still shows as 0 and I went through all the necessary steps to add the Facebook ID and Key, etc. I have over 187,000 FB followers. Does it take a few hours for this to register?

It does take a bit of time for it to update as the counter is affected by cache. I have checked your site and it now shows your likes properly.
