I’ve just installed the “say what?” demo and I’m having issues with the display of my Instagram pictures on the footer.
It’s not loading the feed and it displays the following message: “Instagram data error: Instagram html data cannot be retrieved”.
I tried using a public Instagram account like “pepsi” to see if the problem was just with my own account, but the error persisted.
What should I do?

Hi,
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. This should rule out a plugin conflict. Then check the instagram widget again.

The Instagram needs a public ID. If your ID is not public, this can happen. Please access your Instagram id and see if your account is public. Alternatively try ‘cocacola’ and see if the info is being grabbed. If you cannot get it to work, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can investigate.
