1-There is any way to have the Top and Bottom Article Ads on the mobile theme?
2- Will the pagination plugin work on the Mobile theme?

1. The ads on the mobile theme are added from this panel: http://screencast.com/t/dIIblKu5RHw
2. Unfortunately we have not tested any pagination plugins neither on desktop nor mobile. We cannot say for sure if it will work or not.
