The number of comments in the control panel of the website does not match the number in Author Box:
I have published 61 comments, but appears 27.

Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. then check the counter again. Most likely the cache is causing a delay for it.
Also, are you sure all the 61 comments from the screen you posted all come from the author in question as the post screen will show all comments not just the ones from a specific author.

My authors posting comments, filling in only the fields Email and Name in the Comments Box, not by entering the site through the Login Form. This may be the reason that the counter comments shows wrong value?

Hi,
That could be the key, as it does not register as an author, but as a user submitted comment. You have to post comments while being logged in as an author for the theme to detect the author’s comments.
