what I’d like to achieve is to guarantee that in the given range of 5 latest posts inside of the mega menu one special page/post will always be present.
how can I have 4 latest posts on offer inside the mega menu (for a categorie) plus one page (or post) which i want to stay present at all times?

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option for your mega menu, sorry! A quick solution in this regard would be to assign your desired post to be part of each category which is displayed in your mega menu. So, please notice that if you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!
