Theme Option do not save

Hi,
As per title theme options are not saving since several time. We tried making some actions but nothing.

We tried:
– Disable all plugins
– Put cloudflare in developer mode
– Change parameters as asked in guide with even more values

Current values are:

post_max_size 256M
max_execution_time 400
max_input_vars 12000
SUHOSIN Installed SUHOSIN is installed
suhosin.post.max_vars 20480
suhosin.request.max_vars 20480

We can’t find any error in the inspector console. We found only this:

Automatically scrolling cursor into view after selection change this will be disabled in the next version set editor.$blockScrolling = Infinity to disable this message
ace.js:1

NewsMag Version: 2.3.4
Wordpress Version: 4.4.1

Hi

Try to update the theme at V 2.3.7 which is available on themeforest, then test again. If the problem is still there after update please address us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and ftp access so we can have a closer look at this issue. Also include a link to this conversation.

Hi Andrei,
Just Updated to V 2.3.7 and WordPress to 4.5.2 but the problem is still present.

I’ve just created an user (sent the mail of creation) for you.
I’m going to create also the ftp account and send you by mail..
