Using BigGrid2 on the home page and suddenly it stopped working. http://patientworthy.com/ We’ve been using this for at least 6 months and haven’t had any issues. Also noticed today that Visual Composer wasn’t working so I downloaded it from the latest version of the Newspaper theme and re-uploaded it. Now it works but the grid still isn’t working properly. Recently upgraded WordPress to 4.5.2. Haven’t updated the Newspaper theme to 7.1.1. Tried to add another BigGrid in preview mode and it didn’t load properly either.

Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. This could be a plugin conflict. If you still have trouble with this after you disable plugins and clear cache, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can inspect this issue.
