Visual Composer not working new install

Hi
I deleted the previous Newsmag theme and js_composer plugin and installed the latest versions, but Visual composer is not working?
I looked at previous recent questions and followed your advice.
Any ideas what I have done wrong?

Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test again.
